Carrie Kelly isn’t just a real estate agent — she lives the ranch and Western lifestyle she represents.
With a lifetime of experience in ranching and rodeo, Carrie understands the land, the livestock, and the legacy behind every property. From working ranches and horse properties to country homes and wide-open spaces, she brings firsthand knowledge that helps buyers and sellers move forward with confidence.
Carrie has spent 26 years as a registered nurse, building a career centered on service, trust, and advocacy. Those same values now guide her real estate business, where integrity, communication, and genuine care for her clients come first.
Faith and family are at the heart of Carrie’s life. She has been married for 35 years to her husband, Tom Kelly — head rodeo coach at Odessa College. Together they have raised five children – Tracie, Taylor (Jess), Trent (Annie), Timber (Cody) and Tate and are proud grandparents to four – Orrin, Jasper, Kashton and Maylee. Their family continues to carry on the agricultural and Western legacy, with the next generation already rooted in the ranching and rodeo way of life.
Whether helping families buy their first acreage, sell a generational ranch, or find a lifestyle property to call home, Carrie is honored to help clients steward the next chapter — with heart, grit, and a deep respect for the land.
